From the Director’s Desk...
As the holidays are fast approaching the home is
filled with excitement and anticipation as the days
draw closer to Christmas.
For some in the home, this will be the first time in
years that they have been free from the dependence
of drugs and alcohol to sustain themselves. One of
the greatest blessings for us is to see women and
their children experience Christ’s love for
themselves. This year they can sing, ♫Christ the
Savior is Born♫
and know what it means. Luke 19:10 tells us, “For
the Son of Man is come to seek and to save that
which was lost.”
Jesus showed compassion toward all kinds of people;
the sinful, the rejected, the broken-hearted, the
hurting, men and women; and, little children. The
hopeless and the helpless looked to Him and He never
failed them.
Christ has called us to be His hands extended and to
offer hope and help to those that are desperately
hurting.
We can’t do it alone.
New Life Home needs your support in prayer and in
finances. We want to continue to take in women and
their children without any cost to them, offering
this home as a place of refuge and restoration.
More than ever your gifts of love are needed. It is
our desire to close our year out in the black. We
need everyone’s help. We are asking that you would
be His hand extended and send a special Christmas
gift.
