Rebuilding Lives                                                 July 2005

From the Directors’ Desk  . . .

LOOK WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE!

 Dear New Life Friend,

This month we want to share some of the wonderful things God is doing in our midst. It has been a very busy time with graduations, the arrival of a new baby, and to top it off a beautiful wedding.

Here we are with Holly at her graduation from the University of NH. How proud we are of her accomplishments and the plan God has for her life. Holly has now moved to Virginia Beach, Virginia where she will begin a Masters program at Regent University in just a few weeks. From homeless to honors – what a transformation!

On June 4, 2005 our Jackie was married. What a beautiful testimony of God’s grace and His unfailing love. Who would have imagined the plan God had for her when she first came to New Life. Her hopes were shattered, her dreams were unfulfilled as she walked through the doors of New Life bound by drugs and six months pregnant, but God reached down and picked her up and restored her life. Today she is living in Connecticut with her husband Ron and their daughter Tiffany.

We give God all the praise!

Keisha came to us a hurting young lady looking for answers in her life. She was away from her children because of her instability and needed much love and guidance. God began to work in her heart and eventually her children came to live with her here at New Life. We witnessed God’s healing as the children adjusted to a new life with their mom. Our hearts rejoice in this reunification and thank God for making this possible. At the end of June Keisha graduated from New Life and is beginning a fresh start in Connecticut.

All of you who reach out to this work and prayerfully support this home have a part in these precious lives. We can’t thank you enough for all your sacrificial giving. We would not be able to continue without your help.

The summer months have been difficult financially. We are in dire need of your support. Please prayerfully consider what you can do to help us in our desperate time of need.

We look forward to hearing from you and covet your prayers as we continue to reach out by faith.

In His Love,

George and Grace Rosado
Directors
